实验结果表明,不含铝元素的Fe-Cr-B合金铸态组织主要有马氏体、残余奥氏体和不同类型硼碳化合物组成,硬度超过65HRC.铝加入量不超过1.0%时,合金硬度变化不明显,物相组成也未出现变化.加铝量达到1.5%时,基体中出现了铁素体,合金硬度急剧下降.随铝含量的增多,铁素体在基体中所占比例越来越高,硬度逐渐下降但变化不大.
