Abstract:
采用宏观和微观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验和能谱分析等方法分析了脉动真空灭茵器内腔开裂的原因.结果表明:灭茵器在制作过程中加强筋板的焊接造成了内腔存在残余拉应力,灭菌器工作介质高温蒸汽中含有微量的Cl-.在这些因素的共同作用下,引发脉动真空灭菌器内腔表面钝化膜破裂而导致应力腐蚀开裂.并提出了一些可行性建议.
