Abstract：
采用残余应力检测、常规力学性能试验以及金相分析等方法对304不锈钢低温分离器的封头开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,开裂是由应力腐蚀引起的;其原因是工作介质中有含量较高的硫,而封头-筒体对接环焊缝区域存在的残余应力促使开裂的发生。
