Abstract:
文章基于多体系统运动学理论,根据数控机床实现精加工的必要充分条件推导出刀具路线、数控指令和刀具轨迹之间的关系,从逆运动学理论出发,提出了新的误差补偿思路.并针对北人集团的德国S_1500三轴立式龙门加工中心的生产实际,开展了大量的误差补偿实验.结果表明,运用作者提出的理论和方法,可使该机床的加工精度提高60%以上.
