Abstract:
近二十年来,主要用于检测材料表面微/纳米尺度力学性质的纳米压入技术发展迅速。本文通过纳米压痕法测量了人血红细胞的纳米压入硬度和弹性模量,应用纳米力学显微镜对红细胞的压痕进行了扫描,得到了压痕的表面形貌。研究结果表明,纳米压入技术是测量红细胞硬度和弹性模量的有力工具,并可作为有效的实验手段对生物材料的力学性能进行评定。
