Abstract:

近二十年来,主要用于检测材料表面微/纳米尺度力学性质的纳米压入技术发展迅速。本文通过纳米压痕法测量了低合金马氏体钢的马氏体相纳米压入硬度,应用纳米力学显微镜对马氏体的压痕进行了扫描,得到了压痕的表面形貌。研究结果表明,纳米压入技术是观察金相组织微观结构的有力工具,并可作为有效的实验手段对金相组织微观结构的力学性能进行评定。
