Abstract:
采用超音速火焰喷涂(High Velocity Oxy-fuel Spraying,HVOF)技术制备了Fe基非晶合金涂层,并对其微观组织结构及耐磨抗蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,涂层组织均匀致密,孔隙率较低;涂层非晶相含量约为78%,非晶基体相中有部分纳米晶组织析出。涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液和1mol/LHCl溶液中存在明显的钝化现象,具有较宽的钝化区间和较低的维钝电流密度,呈现出极强的抗氯离子点蚀能力。非晶涂层具有较高的显微硬度和优异的耐磨性能,其磨损机制主要为疲劳磨损,导致变形粒子部分或整体脱落,而氧化磨损的发生加速了疲劳磨损所导致的片层剥落行为。
