采用提拉法生长出不同掺杂浓度的ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+)单晶.该材料在912nm处形成宽带荧光发射.激发峰随掺杂浓度的加大而向短波方向移动.在发射带晶体的吸收低,有可能作为在800—1000nm可调谐激光工作介质.
