Abstract:
用提拉法,对含有3%,5%,7%和10%MgWO_4(重量百分比)的(Zn·Mn)WO_4固溶体材料进行了单晶生长研究。晶体中出现的宏观缺陷是由于分凝系数K_0>1引起的组分过冷所致。详细讨论了K_0>1情况下产生组分过冷的机理与规律;提出减轻或消除组分过冷的方法;观察了晶体中组分过冷的形态。
