Abstract:
A QuEChERS and high performance of liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC - MSMS)method was developed for the determination of 20 mycotoxins in grains. After the samples were extracted by a mixed solution of acetonitrile - water - formic acid (volume ratio 80∶ 18∶ 2), purified using anhydrous MgSO4, N - propyl ethylenediamine(PSA), C18, and a certain volume of the supernatant was taken and concentrated at 40 ℃ with a water bath nitrogen blow, the mixture solution was reconstituted using methanol water formic acid (volume ratio 30∶ 70∶ 0. 1), eluted and separated through a C18 column, which was detected by multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM)and quantified by an external standard method. All 20 mycotoxins showed good linear relationships (R2 > 0. 99)in certain ranges, and the recoveries were in the range of 61% ~ 118% at the low, medium, and high 3 concentration levels, the relative standard deviations (RSDs)were ranged from 1% to 9%(n = 6), and the limits of detection ranged from 0. 17 to 6. 67 μg / kg, with limits of quantification were 0. 5 ~ 20 μg / kg, meeting the laboratory quality testing requirements of GB / T 27404—2008. © 2023 Editorial Department, Chinese Cereals and Oils Association.
