Abstract:
In order to study the long-term deformation law of the full-size recycled concrete beam, six recycled reinforced concrete full-size beams were designed and manufactured in this experiment. The test beam had been subjected to a long-term stable loading of 750 d.The deflection curve of the beam as a function of time was obtained by arranging the dial gauge in the third and the mid span. The effect of different aggregate replaced ratio on deflection and the influence on creep coefficient were analyzed. In this paper, the initial deflection analysis was also carried out.The difference between the initial deflection calculation of China and that of the United States was compared. The replacement of recycled fine aggregate will reduce the stiffness of recycled concrete beams greatly and the initial deflection is too large.Special attention should be paid to the design.Through the nonlinear fitting analysis of the deflection and creep coefficient of the recycled reinforced concrete beam, the experimental results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the calculated values and can be used as reference for the future creep calculation of recycled reinforced concrete beams. © 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
