Abstract:

The authors discuss the DEA (data envelopment analysis) model, and applying it to evaluate transfer efficiency of urban public transportation terminals. The import-export indexes and the DEA non-uniform evaluation model are established. A case study of the transfer efficiency evaluation of several transportation terminals in Beijing is conducted. We have gained the efficiency order of the several urban public transportation terminals, and analyzed the import-redundancy and the export red. Finally we have provided suggestions which may adjust the inefficient units to efficient ones.
