Abstract：
Based on the features of reinforced concrete structures during construction, the features and the factors which influence the construction resistance of structural elements are studied, and the probability model of the resistance is suggested. The probability models of the construction loads in space and time are proposed separately. Based on time-dependent reliability model, reliability analysis method is proposed for structural elements according to the stages of construction.
