Abstract:
Carbon free Copper indium sulfide (CIS) thin film was synthesized by a novel route using a two-step process, and characterized by TEM, XRD, SEM and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The influence of sulfurization and selenization on the property of CIS was investigated, and the possible formation mechanism of pyridine-based CuInS2 precursor ink was also discussed.
