研究表明,高校青年教师是有职业倦怠倾向的高发群体,这将对青年教师顺利执业产生许多消极影响.本文在分析青年教师职业倦怠现象及原因基础上,提出了积极干预职业倦怠倾向,不断加强职业激励的实践探索思路,以实现青年教师身心健康、从业愉快、卓有成就的工作理想.
