Abstract:

使用射频(13.56 MHz)溅射两步法,分别在电阻率为5~6Ω·cm的n型Si(111)衬底和熔融的石英衬底上成功制备出立方相含量为66%的立方氮化硼(c-BN)薄膜。薄膜成分由傅里叶变换红外吸收谱(FTIR)标识;用紫外-可见分光光度计分别测量了石英衬底上BN薄膜的透射光谱T(λ)与反射光谱R(λ);台阶仪测得薄膜厚度约为400 nm。利用透射光谱和反射光谱研究了BN薄膜的光学性质,计算了BN薄膜的光吸收系数α、光学带隙E_g和折射率n。
