Abstract:
Through theoretical analysis and experiment on two concrete-filled steel tubular frame structures under reversed cyclic loads, which have the same shapes, materials and dimensions, seismic behavior of the concrete-filled steel tubular frame structures are studied, Concrete-filled steel tubular frames have more merits than reinforced concrete frame through comparative study on the seismic behavior, and are worth while to study further.
