本文通过调查小学教师职业发展困境,从国家层面、社会层面及学校层面提出有利于缓解教师职业倦怠的建议,包括国家政策支持与家校合作沟通、创设和谐稳定的工作环境、完善小学教师管理体制与评价机制等,以缓解教师职业倦怠,促进教师专业发展.
