Abstract:

The quantitative sector fan-shaped oil pad bearing capacity calculation does not take into account the effect of centrifugal force, and the traditional calculation method lacks experimental verification. To solve this problem, first, the bearing capacity model of the fan-shaped static bearing oil pad is derived, in which the centrifugal force is considered. Then the overall dynamic model of the turntable is established. The hydrostatic turntable experiment scheme is designed, and experiments are carried out. The experiment results are basically in agreement with theoretical calculation results that the error is within reasonable range, which verifies the feasibility of the model and the overall kinetic equation for the calculation of the bearing capacity of the fan-shaped oil pad considering of the centrifugal force. The model and the analysis conclusion of this work may provide theoretical support for practical production and the service performance of the turntable. © 2017, Editorial Board of Jilin University.
