Abstract:
本文综述了在食品中添加吊白块及保险粉的常用测定方法及测定结果的判定标准;同时重点对面粉中的硫元素的属性、种类、危害及其国内外检测方法的研究进展进行了详细介绍,从而指出对面粉中硫的本底分析是目前准确判定面粉中是否加入吊白块或保险粉的先决条件.
