Abstract：
二维材料石墨烯因其优异的特性或将在下一代纳米电子器件中发挥核心作用.其用作光电器件上的透明电极是目前公认的短期内最有可能实现产品化的领域.本文结合实验室的工作,综述了石墨烯应用作氮化镓(GaN)基光电器件(特别是发光二极管)透明电极的国内外最新研究进展,并对未来发展方向作了展望.
