Abstract：
为了验证软磁合金复合材料(SCM)对传导干扰电流的抑制作用,建立了微带线(MSL)装置模拟印制线路板(PCB),通过测量放置复合材料前后MSL的S参数变化来分析材料的传导干扰抑制性能。在同等条件下,进行了SCM与其它类干扰抑制材料(磁性金属复合材料、铁氧体材料)的对比测试。结果表明,1.8 GHz时SCM的最大损耗功率比(Ploss/Pin)为0.4,明显高于其它材料,具有优越的传导干扰抑制性能。
